Gorgeous daybed by Danish manufacturer Horsnaes Møbler executed in solid teak. Denmark, ca. 1955. This daybed shows a beautiful contrast in materials. The skillfully made teak frame features rounded corners, metal spring coils which provide support and lots of comfort, and solid teak tapering legs. The daybed comes with a completely new mattress and neck roll pillow, executed in a high quality patinated cognac aniline leather with leather buttons. The piece is marked with manufacturer’s label Horsnaes-Horsens Denmark. It can be used in a variety of ways in virtually any modern environment. In excellent condition.
