Willy Van Der Meeren designed this high side table, model T2, for Tubax in 1954. The three-legged frame is made of black painted metal tubes, the top is covered with printed vinyl. This table is in good vintage condition. The print on the vinyl is a little faded. This T2 is complete original of the 1950s. Willy Van Der Meeren designed the F1 armchair for Tubax in the early 1950s. This great armchair has a black lacquered frame and a wooden seat and back covered with shiny vinyl with a 1950s print. The two F1 chairs and the side table T2 on our website, were originally a set. This F1 armchair is complete original of the 1950s. It is an old edition with nice printed vinyl, very hard to find. The chair is in good condition. There is a lot of oxidation on the metal base. We’ve cleaned it thoroughly and let in its original condition. Bibliography: De Kooning, M., Willy Van Der Meeren.
