This desk is a well known design of the Belgian designer Jules Wabbes and can be dated in the early 1960s. We offer you a nice pair, manufactured by Mobilier Universel and marked on the inside of one drawer. These desks are very attractive with the drawer unit in light wood and the black lacquered metal base and handles. The plywood top is finished with beige laminate. The mat chromium plated runners are on the outside of the drawers and not integrated. These high quality desks are in good vintage condition, with normal signs of age and use.
