This pair of De Sede DS 44 lounge chairs light brown buffalo leather comes in good condition and shows only slight traces of use and patina consistent with the age. The mechanism to extend the seat by approx. 15 cm works smoothly. The Swiss manufacturer De Sede produces top furniture since 1965 and showed the DS 44 model in the 70s. De Sede became famous for using only the best leathers for their furniture. The DS 44 model was only made from the thickest buffalo leather with approx. 5mm thickness. Actually we have a corresponding 2 seater in stock.
